A 200 mm deep block gives excellent insulation to the interior of our builds. It maintains a cool temperature all day, leading to limited use of air conditioning system and lowering your carbon footprint of the villa. The blocks also provide excellent sound proofing between bedrooms and bathrooms, allowing entertainment to be contained within certain areas.
Triple Coco maintains the same quality in craftmanship throughout it's interiors. Built-in wardrobes, shelving and storage cupboards can be incorporated during planning stages.
FURNITURE:
You have the option to include a furniture package with your build. This process makes it simpler for you to furnish your dream home. Simple choose from a catalogue or take a look around some of our already furnished villas to get a feel for what you are looking for. Choose from a vast array of pre-built items or ask the local skilled craftsmen for something a little more bespoke.
FITTINGS:
We believe that the finishing of your villa is important. We have taken time in sourcing some of the highest quality fixures and fittings in order to compliment the traditional style with a contemporary edge. We offer a choice of several colours for you to decided the finish. (see below)
