EXTERIOR:
We are particularly proud of the originality in our building designs. The challenge on Koh Phangan was to produce something that is sympathetic to the traditional Thai architecture of the island, with a contemporary twist. Our buildings have both style and finese, whilst having the luxury of contemporary systems and facilities.
As previously mentioned we use reclaimed timber to avoid deforestation. This material avoids termites, it is easier to build with will not split like other new woods.
The builds have a double depth Ceris dry roof system that comes with a guarantee of no water pentration. The builds are fully insulated, and use clay tiles that are designed to reflect the sun's heat.
