CONSTRUCTION:
We are able to do the full planning and construction of your build from concept to completion. Initial first stage visuals can be taken through to architectural drawings. This part of the process involves you heavily in the decision making and helps us to establish exactly what you are looking for in your build.
We have a team of over 40 Thai builders/craftsmen who have extensive experience of constuction and engineering. The team is led by a Thai/English speaking Foreman, who is instructed by a highly experienced English Project Manager. This combination of expertise ensures your build is done efficiently, using local knowledge and to the highest European standards. Our builders understand what it means to work with Triple Coco Property Solutions. We do not take shortcuts and only use the highest quality materials in order to obtain what is needed to produce excellence.
All building materials are sourced locally and reclaimed timber is used. Working with new materials and reclaimed timber from mainland Thailand ensures an environmentally friendly approach to all projects/builds. The avoidance of contribution to deforestation is very important to us.
In the unlikely event, our constuctions are made to withstand earthquakes and heavy monsoons. All materials are protected from heat and water wherever possible. A full maintenance package is available, please ask on application.
We work closely with a leading architects practice in order to achieve stunning aesthetics. Our buildings have a contemporary feel, whilst being sympathetic to the traditional look of Thai housing.
PLANNING & 3D RENDERINGS:
Triple Coco is able to offer a 3D Rendering service to our clients. This service helps to provide you with a visual aid prior to any building work.
